Inspected, Regulated and Rated by Care Quality Commission

We had our first inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)in the summer of 2019 and, although we were rated "GOOD" for "caring, we were rated "Requires Improvement" overall due to inadequate paperwork.
This year (2021), we were re-inspected and were delighted to be rated GOOD in all areas with an overall rating of GOOD.  This rating is confirmation of the dedication and compassion of our talented and loyal care team.  You can read the full CQC report by clicking on the link below.
